Patent Reform Still Progressing, Mostly Intact

An admendment to the Patent Reform Act of 2007 was adopted Thursday that called for little change in the bill, living intact apportionment of damages, post-grant opposition, and giving increased rule-making power to the USPTO.  The link below gives the full article written by Anne Broache for CNet News.com dated 22 June, 2007.
