No Wireless Attached

Our Friend, Philip Brooks, whose blog you can find in our Friends list as Philip Brooks' Patent Infringement Updates, has posted on the subject of perhaps the next topic of big court cases, Wireless LAN devices.  All major companies producing wireless LAN products, except for Cisco Systems, are involved in a court case against the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization for infringing on CSIRO's patent involving 802.11a and 802.11g technology.  The Eastern District of Texas Federal Court Practice blog also posted on this case at http://mcsmith.blogs.com/eastern_district_of_texas/2007/06/permanent_injun.html#comments
